A square, shallow box with a hinged lid: the side walls roll over and lock into the floor, so it needs no glue.

How to make it
Print at 100% (Actual size), not Fit to page.
Cut the solid lines and crease the dashed ones against a ruler.
Roll each side wall over its ears, lock its tabs into the floor's slots, then close the lid and tuck it in.
Good to know
- It is the FEFCO 0427 style, the mailer box kept square and shallow.
- Its height is at most 0.4 of its side; a deeper box widens it.
- A shop's 10 in pizza box, 1.5 in deep, opens out to over 24 in (61 cm): make it on a custom sheet of card.
