How to make it
Print at 100% (Actual size), not Fit to page.
Cut the solid lines and crease the dashed ones against a ruler.
Fold the tray up over its tabs, then bend the handle into an arch and glue its grey ends inside the front and back walls.
Good to know
- The handle is a fifth of the basket's width, 18 to 30 mm, wide enough to carry it by.
- Its grey ends reach a third of the way down the walls (25 mm at most) and sit a board in, clear of the corner tabs.
- Letter fits a 3 × 3 × 2.25 in basket; a 4 × 4 × 3 in one takes Tabloid or A3.
