How to make it

Print at 100% (Actual size), not Fit to page.
Cut the solid lines and crease the dashed ones against a ruler.
Curl each wall strip round its heart, glue the teeth under, fill the base with chocolates and lower the lid.

Each chocolate in a #4 cup, 1 in across the base, gets a 30 mm square; the heart for four is 105 mm wide.
Four or six print on one Letter sheet, nine on A4 or Legal, the heart on Legal or A3.
For the card, pick Envelope: the A2 card's size is under Ready-made.
