How to make it
Print at 100% (Actual size), not Fit to page.
Cut the solid lines and crease the dashed ones against a ruler.
Glue the two wall strips into a ring, glue the base under its teeth, build the lid the same way and slip it on.
Good to know
- It opens as a hat box 6 in across and 4 in tall, on four Letter sheets.
- The lid's rim clears the wall by 0.75 mm a side, measured past the thickness of its glue tabs.
- Each ring comes in two strips, so even a large box's wall fits on standard sheets.
