A tuck end box sized to the bar, a paper band that wraps it, or a box with a lid for a set of three.

How to make it
Print at 100% (Actual size), not Fit to page.
Cut the solid lines and crease the dashed ones against a ruler.
Glue the side seam, tuck the bottom closed, slide the bar in and tuck the top.
Good to know
- A 3.25 × 1.9 × 1.1 in bar and a 2.75 in round bar each get a box 2 mm bigger each way, on one Letter or A4 sheet.
- The band leaves the bar's ends bare and clears it by 0.5 mm a side; three bars in a box with a lid need Legal or A3.
