How to make it

Print at 100% (Actual size), not Fit to page.
Cut the solid lines and crease the dashed ones against a ruler.
Glue up the base and the lid, line the base with tissue, set the gift in and lower the lid over it.

A gift card gets a box 92 × 60 × 12 mm inside, an ID-1 card with 3 mm round it, on one Letter or A4 sheet.
A ring in its jewelry box prints on Letter or A4; an 8 oz candle jar's box needs A3 or Tabloid. For a box with lid at any other size, use the box with lid template.
An 11 oz mug's box needs a 12 × 24 in cutting mat, and a boxed Funko Pop a 22 × 28 in poster board under Custom sheet size.
