How to fold it

    Christmas ornament box template

    A hexagon box with a lid sized to one bauble, or a small cube for a mini, with room for the cap on top.

    How to make it

    1. Print at 100% (Actual size), not Fit to page.

    2. Cut the solid lines and crease the dashed ones against a ruler.

    3. Fold the box and the lid, set the bauble in with its cap up and close.

    Good to know

    • The box adds 4 mm round the bauble and 12 mm over its cap.
    • A 40 mm mini fits a 50 mm cube on Letter or A4.
    • An 80 mm bauble needs a board or a tiled print.
